Yes! We carry a wide selection of wooden and Montessori-inspired toys designed to encourage creativity, durability, and sustainable play.
Can I order toys online and pick them up in your Pasadena store?
Absolutely. At checkout, you can choose “local pickup” to reserve your items online and pick them up at our Playhouse Village location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Union Street Toys gift cards.
Can I purchase a gift card online or in store?
Yes! Union Street Toys gift cards are available both online and in our Pasadena shop. They make the perfect last-minute gift.
Do you offer discounts for large orders (schools, parties, or events)?
We occasionally offer special pricing for bulk orders. Please call our store to discuss details.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping for $7.99 on most orders.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders placed by 5 PM Pacific time ship same day. Delivery times vary by location, but orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes — you can ship directly to your recipient’s address, and we’ll even include complimentary gift wrapping and a personalized note.
What is your return policy on toys and books?
Items may be returned with customer-supplied shipping within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, as long as they are unopened and in new condition. How do I start a return or exchange?
You can request a return online by following the link to your order from your emailed invoice. Or email us at info@unionstreet.toys or call the store at (626) 244-7454, and we’ll provide simple return instructions. Online purchases can also be returned in person at our Pasadena location.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
Do you offer free gift wrapping?
Yes! Every purchase — in store or online — comes with our signature complimentary gift wrapping.
Can I request personalized gift notes?
Of course. At checkout, you’ll see a box where you can add a custom message, and we’ll hand-write it on the packing slip to include with your gift. You may also purchase a greeting card and we can complete it for you using your personalized note.

Where is Union Street Toys located in Pasadena?
We are located in Playhouse Village at 65 N Madison Ave, Suite 103, Pasadena, CA.
What are your store hours?
We’re open Monday–Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 11am to 4 pm. We are closed Sundays
Do you offer curbside pickup or local delivery?
Yes. At checkout, select “local pickup” for in-store or curbside pickup. Call us if you’d like to discuss local delivery options.
Do you host in-store events or storytimes?

Do your toys meet U.S. safety standards?
Yes. Every toy we carry meets or exceeds U.S. safety standards for children’s products.
What ages are your toys designed for?
We carry toys and books for ages 0 through 14, organized by age group to make choosing easier. Many of our items are also appealing for older kids and adults as well!
Do you carry toys that encourage screen-free play?
Yes! Our toys are designed to spark creativity and imagination without screens, from building sets to art kits.
Which toy brands do you carry?
We feature trusted brands like HABA, Janod, Schleich, LEGO, plus many boutique makers you won’t find in big-box stores.
